2. Service Description


True Love Tacos is a full-service catering-only food truck company operating in the greater Denver area.

We provide:

2.1 Catering Services


Food Truck Catering: On-site food preparation and service using our mobile food trucks

Buffet Style Catering: Traditional buffet setup for events

Menu Offerings: Authentic Mexican cuisine, including tacos, quesadillas, churros, and sides

Event Types: Corporate events, private parties, weddings, graduations, and other special occasions

2.2 Service Areas


We proudly serve the greater Denver area and surrounding communities.

A Travel fee may be applied to your event, price will be based on how far away the event location is.

2.3 Catering Packages


Starter Package: $16 per person (3 tacos, chips & salsa bar)

Standard Package: $19 per person (3 tacos, chips & salsa bar, drinks)

Premium Package: $22 per person (3 tacos, chips & salsa bar, drinks, churros)

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information


You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when:

  • Submitting catering requests

  • Providing contact information

  • Communicating event details

  • Making payments

3.2 Event Requirements


You are responsible for:

Ensuring adequate space for food truck operation

Providing necessary permits or approvals for our services

Communicating dietary restrictions and special requirements

Coordinating event logistics and guest management.

3.3 Appropriate Usage


You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Order Terms

4.1 Catering Requests


All catering requests must be submitted through our website contact form or by calling (707) 301-9176.


Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.


We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for optimal availability.

4.2 Pricing and Payments


Pricing is based on per-person packages and may vary based on event size and requirements.


Payment Methods: Credit cards, cash, or checks accepted.

Cash/Check Discount: 4% discount is applied for cash or check payments.

Additional Charges: Travel fees, overtime charges, or special requests may incur additional costs.

4.3 Cancellation and Modification Policy


Cancellations: Must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.

Modifications: Order changes may be accommodated subject to availability and timing

Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies will be detailed in your service agreement.

5. Food Safety and Quality

5.1 Food Safety Disclaimers


All food is prepared in accordance with local health department regulations.


Allergen Warning: Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.

Customers with severe allergies should inform us during booking.

We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free preparation due to shared cooking surfaces.

5.2 Quality Assurance


We use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients when possible.

Food is prepared to order and served at appropriate temperatures.

Any quality concerns should be reported immediately during service.

5.3 Dietary Accommodations

  • Vegetarian and vegan options available.

  • Gluten-free accommodations are possible with advance notice.

  • Special dietary requirements should be discussed during booking.

6. Delivery and Service Terms

6.1 Service Requirements


Setup Time: Approximately 1.5-2 hours required for food truck setup. Service Duration: Typically 1-3 hours, depending on event size. Capacity: We can serve up to 400 people per hour with one truck. Dual Trucks: Available for larger events, subject to availability.

6.2 Event Logistics


Adequate space is required for food truck positioning and operation. Access to electrical power may be necessary. Parking and access routes must accommodate large vehicles.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Trademarks and Branding


"True Love Tacos" name, logo, and branding are our exclusive property.

Website content, recipes, and proprietary information are protected. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited

7.2 Website Content

  • All text, images, graphics, and multimedia content are owned by True Love Tacos

  • Limited license granted for personal, non-commercial viewing only

  • No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission

8. Privacy and Data Protection
