We come from a long line of people who love good food. Food is what brings us all together. We may speak different languages, come from different backgrounds but our love of food is the same. It's the feeling you get when you taste mouth watering guacamole on a crispy tortilla. The way the flavor bursts in your mouth. We started True Love Tacos to bring people together and put smiles on their faces.
Our Story
Our journey began in 2020, a few weeks before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We decided to start a food truck to fulfill a dream of doing more, and taking risk in pursuit of something worthwhile...Serving up the best damn tacos in the Mile High City. True Love Tacos is built on the back of small little tortillas handcrafted to perfection. We believe a good life and tacos go hand in hand.
